Yes. Once your project is complete and paid for, the site is yours. We don't lock you into proprietary platforms or hold your site hostage. If you ever want to move on, you can, though most clients stay because ongoing management is easier with us handling it.

A standard small business site typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how quickly content and feedback comes back on your end. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start and stick to it.

Management plans cover hosting coordination, site updates, minor content changes, and general upkeep so your site stays fast, current, and functional. Tiers run from basic hosting and availability, to content updates and support, up to full-service management including SEO and analytics. Scope drives the price, reach out and we'll put together something that fits your situation.

That's fine. If it's a one-time build, the site is handed off to you with everything you need to manage it yourself. Our stack (React/Vite deployed on Netlify) is industry-standard and well-documented. We're still reachable if something comes up.

We set up, migrate, and manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for small businesses. If your team is still running on personal Gmail accounts or scattered across different tools, we'll get you organized, properly set up, and trained, then stay on as your administrator if you need ongoing support.

For everything else, IT consulting is available on demand, billed hourly or in blocks. We don't run a 24/7 break-fix helpdesk; we focus on the cloud, security, and project work we do best.

Security is built into our Cloud Management & Security service, not sold as a separate product. We harden your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with MFA, sensible access controls, external-sharing limits, and account hygiene, then keep it maintained over time. For practices that handle sensitive client data, like healthcare, legal, and accounting, a well-managed, hardened cloud environment is the foundation that keeps you protected and makes compliance far easier to stand on.
