Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers. No runaround.
We're a small, owner-operated technology firm focused on three things: building fast, custom websites for small businesses; helping teams get set up and running on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; and giving honest IT and SEO assessments with no upsell agenda. Every client works directly with us from start to finish.
Yes. Web design, cloud setup, IT consulting, and SEO audits can all be handled remotely. Houston is where we're based, but we work with clients nationwide.
We design and build your site from scratch — no templates, no page builders. That includes the design, the code, mobile responsiveness, performance optimization, and basic SEO setup. We also offer ongoing management plans so you never have to think about updates, hosting, or keeping things running.
Yes. Once your project is complete and paid for, the site is yours. We don't lock you into proprietary platforms or hold your site hostage. If you ever want to move on, you can — though most clients stay because ongoing management is easier with us handling it.
A standard small business site typically takes 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how quickly content and feedback comes back on your end. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start and stick to it.
Management plans cover hosting coordination, site updates, minor content changes, and general upkeep so your site stays fast, current, and functional. Plans start at $100/mo for basic hosting and availability, $150–$250/mo for content updates and support, and $300–$500/mo for full-service management including SEO and analytics. Scope drives the price — reach out and we'll put together something that fits your situation.
That's fine. If it's a one-time build, the site is handed off to you with everything you need to manage it yourself. Our stack (React/Vite deployed on Netlify) is industry-standard and well-documented. We're still reachable if something comes up.
We set up, migrate, and manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for small businesses. If your team is still running on personal Gmail accounts or scattered across different tools, we'll get you organized, properly set up, and trained — then stay on as your administrator if you need ongoing support.
Less than most people expect. We plan migrations carefully so there's minimal downtime and no lost data. Most small business migrations are completed with the team barely noticing the switch — they just log in to something that works better than what they had before.
IT consulting is a structured conversation about your technology — what you have, what you actually need, and what's costing you money without delivering value. We assess your current setup, ask the right questions, and give you a clear recommendation. No upsell, no agenda. Some clients need one session; others need a few. We'll scope it honestly before we start.
